Thanks for posting this Michael - I saw the Will Ockenden's report on the ABC the other night and had fogotten all about it. You've also reminded me of something that came up at one of the DLTV DigiCon sessions a few week ago, and that I thought might be a useful posting for this list. Apparently not many people had heard of GovHack, which in itself isn't important, but what could be useful is the list of Australian data sources GovHack has published.

  I thought it could be useful for U4O2 as well as the SAT next year. I've included it in a repository of links that could be useful for the big SAT next year over on the VCE Computing Teachers Google+ Community (which now boasts 67 members currently...albeit not very active...as yet!). I'm pretty sure we could all benefit from contributing to this repository for the SAT also.
