[Year 12 IT Apps] HELP! Year 11 and 12 IT combined class

Hi Stacey,

I was in the same situation in 2014 and 2013 and didn't have a great time. I will have a mixed class next year and think I will use Google classroom to separate the work and tasks; we have just organised a domain for our school. Google Drive, Edmodo, Schoology, Screencast-o-matic, Socrative and Quizlet are all free, handy ways of maintaining content leaving you free to walk around and work with individuals.

I think it's best to not even try to overlap the SACs, I did that this year but not last year. In 2015 I'll keep the classes separate.

Hi all

I have been teaching Year 11 and 12 IT for a few years now and they have always been separate classes. Unfortunately for 2015 it looks like the numbers have decreased and I have been given a combined Year 11 and 12 IT class (Year 12 IT Apps). Was just wondering for those that have done this before, can you please give me advice or guidance on how you made this work.

I know that some of the Area of Studies for both courses kind of overlap but not completely and not at the same times.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
