[Year 12 IT Apps] U3O2 - Ok to code entirely in Notepad?

AFAIAC it's the end result that matters here. I let my kids use any tool
they like as long as the final prototype website achieves its purpose.

If Notepad can produce a site that nicely demonstrates/simulates online
tools being used by a virtual team to make decisions and share information,
then it's fair enough. GUI web editors are just wrappers to automate the
creation of HTML, CSS and PHP code that Notepad could produce manually.
