I have some spare USB drives incase there are students without.
I put server2go on them so that each student has there own webserver and so that they can also do some of this for homework.
Works very well.
I get them to do a lot of screencasts of their work where they demonstrate how they validate their work

Hey peoples,

Does anyone know the easiest best way to set up PHP/MYSQL to work in a
computer lab, so
students can create and test their PHP work easily in a localised way that
doesn't involve
uploading to a web server every time you change something?

Any suggestions on the best way to teach PHP as well? Target audience are
year 9s.

Any advice is appreciated,
Thanks
James Lee
