Agree in part ... though what if a commercial organisation copies and  
incorporates it in materials sold here and overseas?  as it is public  
domain, there is no benefit to the government nor to us who paid to  
produce it ... and just because the USA does something, does this  
guarantee the merit of that action? e.g. Iraq War, nuclear weapons,  
capital punishment ...
