Isn't it a downloadable .exe from the Microsoft site? You could theoretically install it seperately onto Vista once you have a copy downloaded with a genuine Windows XP.

As to whether it is a good idea to support it ad infinitum like, for example, Photo Draw or Creative Writer/ Artist is another question though...8^)
