While I agree that examiners reports should give the answer looked for in
the paper, to be fair, the 2003 report does:

"...not able to identify the data structure as an array."

And looking at the question I don't see what else it could be

Unfortunately the VCAA site does not give all answers. I am very
disappointed when the examiners report says that no one got the answer right
to a particular question but then they don't tell us the answer. Does it
mean they don't know either? A case in point is the Systems 2003 exam page 3
question 7. The VCAA comment suggests it may be an array but it doesn't seem
very sure.Is the answer an array or a user defined type? Sorry, just
expressing my frustration!! Checkpoints (IPM) has answers to the 2005 exam
and at less tha $20 is a good buy (published by Cambridge). If only the
Checkpoints InformationSystems had them!! Kilbaha Pty Ltd (www.chemas.com)
used to do answers for IPM and Systems. I'm trying to get copies now, but
their web site suggests they only do Maths and Chemistry now. If they get
back to me I'll let everyone know.
