[Year 12 IPM] VITTA Annual Conference 2006 --- CallforPapers -NOWOPEN

The problem appears to lie in the correlation of state-wide standards. 
Certainly at the very recent workshop I attended on VELS reporting and 
Assessment, nobody from the department was able to address these issues 
in any detail. We were effectively told to wait.
