[Year 12 IPM] CSS Critique Invited

Many thanks Bill. Actually I liked to have some body showing as a left
margin, and arbitarily chose the amount there, but could easily reduce
it so that the whole thing will fit onto 800 wide - I have around 30px
up my sleeve.
Your other tips I will follow up and apply some here and others
elsewhere...
