Using safari I did not experience any problems. There are many issues with
IE6. The definitive guide on css2 is found at http://www.w3.org/ and there
are excellent tutorials dealing with many of these issues at
http://www.w3schools.com/default.asp This site should help solve any issues.
Outside of this the other solutions are
- use a browser sniffer and write a separate stylesheet for IE6 and most
windows browsers.- use different measurements from memory.
- what's worse is to literally reprogram the DOM for each separate browser.
Guidelines are available at W3c
-easier is to use php5 which contains support for advanced menus.
Best Wishes
RB
