I suspect you are probably referring to the NOAA undersea
topographical data that is currently being compiled for inclusion.
Would be interesting .. you can then create your own GPS fishing spot
maps and geotag all your fishing photographs. Will truth prevail?

I am working over the next six months with my year 9 research science
students on a GLOBE pilot project called FLEXE (From Local to Extreme
Environments). Amongst the many cool things we get to do at school and
in the field, one is to decorate a polystyrene cup that is taken deep
into a undersea trench and crushed into an interesting bit of tiny
artwork.
