[elearning] deploying netbooks in schools

Yes, we decided for a mix of Netbooks (stairs no problem, use on excursions
encouraged) and Macbooks (COWS so wheeled areas only). More permanent
classroom deployments will use Sun Terminals (cheap and robust). Money saved
is back into our pockets for other initiatives or tech support.
