Not good .. land fill for eWaste leads to toxic heavy metal contamination.
It makes as much sense as discarding old engine oil into the drain or
tossing medical waste from the first-aid room into the dumpster because it
is cheaper. VITTA have an ewaste policy you can examine online. We use a
group called ComputerBank and pay them to take all the old hardware,
monitors, cables etc away
