I teach a formal robotics class at year 9 as a semester subject. I do
exercises in programming and building robots in one term and then a team
project in the next term. Some projects include robotic dance, robotic
rescue, learner driver course, and one team even did a "mouse trap" using
domino's to trigger the trap.

I get the students to do props and music for their project as well as a
journal in powerpoint. The girls love doing it. I am still using the old
lego - am not using the NXT kits yet as the old kits have more parts.

Regards,

Robert
