If you are interested in free resources you may want to look at Making Movies: A Guide for Young Filmmakers from the Directors Guild of America - its a 125 page PDF download at http://www.scenariosusa.com/educators/makingmovies/

Also, coming up on the 13/08/05 on the ABC at 10.45 am, there will be an episode of Inside Out called "Film Analysis" screened.  It uses the movie Speed to look at  
camera work, editing, dialogue, music and sound effects.  I have used this in the classroom and its works well.
