[Yr11 Information Technology] Re mailing loop

Dear Long Suffering Yr 11 IT teachers,

   Jill Priestley subscribes to the IT list. 
 The list messages are distributed to members. 
 The message is sent to Jill. Her spam blocking software asks the sending address to reply to confirm the ( yr11IT ) address is valid.
The list receives the message and sends it out to all members.  
The message is sent to Jill. Her spam software complains again asking for verification and writes back to the list. 
The list distributes the message to all members. Jill's spam receives the message and on and on and on we go.

 I have written to Jill ( hoping the spam software will let me through ) and informed her of the problem. I have had to unsubscribe her manually to stop the loop. There may be some left in the system, so please allow these to die naturally ......
