Hi List people, I haven't posted here for ages.
Just wondering if anyone can help me.with a tech problem we have.
When using After Effects and then opening Bridge to preview presets it crashes - via menu Animation /Browse Presets.
Our IT staff no longer have tech support for Bridge as we have perpetual licenses... the even seem to think Bridge was being phased out.... which I doubt....
I suspect it may be a RAM issue but IT are adamant it's not. (We have 8 me and core processor 1.5)
Any feed back would be most appreciated.
Regards, Katie
