Hi Marion, to extract a rar file you need WinRar, a shareware (free?) 
download - same thing as Unzip. You may already have it, if not Google for a 
site. Try right-clicking the downloaded file and see what your options are - 
extract, extract her etc.

Its  a 70mb download and you end up with a 79mb Acrobat file. I am happy to 
share it if its possible to upload it somewhere.

I was very impressed with the relevance of the contents to our course - 
given the constant requests for references for VET MM. Worth the school 
buying ac opy for the DVD resources.
