Hi Peter,
PixelEd is a small, voluntary teachers association founded 3 years ago
primarily to support teachers of VET Multimedia (although what we offer
is relevant to teachers of all levels and across various disciplines)
Each year we run a dinner at a TAFE college, and invite 2 speakers to
update us on what is happening in various areas of MM and IT eg. we have
had filmmakers, animators, graphic artists talk to us about their area
of expertise.
Not sure whether there was some fault with the email I sent to the list?
In the body of the email I outlined this year's industry guest speakers.
There was a link to PixelEd website for more information.
http://www.pixeled.org.au/
I won't repeat it all here, in case I bore others that did get the email
intact!
A booking form was attached to the original email, but can be downloaded
from the PixelEd website.
Regards
Claire Bloom
