[vet-it] IT comparison

Hi everyone

I have put together a comparison of the existing IT course to the new IT
course for next year, but not sure how useful it is. It tends to be pretty
complicated because of the three streams and also because we do not know
which electives will need to be delivered yet.

Once the units are known I will be doing a more detailed analysis.
