[Technical] old scanner drivers

Colleague has a Lexmark x-215 MFD scanner. It is 5 years old and the disks
been either been filed by somebody in the circular filing cabinet we all
keep by our desks or they are still in a desk that has been moved to the
basement for firewood to recover the greenhouse credits. From memory, the
original package included printer drivers, twain drivers and some scanning
software, ScanPro SEO etc.

We are pulling our hair out trying to work with some drivers we downloaded
from the Net.

The problem is that the scanner has a 30 page document feeder. When we now
use Adobe PDF creatro or a standard Windows scanning solution, the document
feeder is not available. A single scan option wasnt the intention of the
scanner function and we have been asked to get this unit working again.

Am keen to help out Gary with a suggestion for a scan fix that will
recognise the multifeed tray (or hope that somebody has a copy of the
original drivers)

Kind Regards,

Roland

PS: I hate these combo scanners, do all my scanning to PDF on this campus
with the document feeder on the photocopier. Works a treat.
