[Year 12 SofDev] New study design - SD:CT&P

Hello Adrian,

I was just thinking the exact same thing.

I'm teaching SD this year for the first time after about 15 years - so I
had to brush up on the content and read your textbook as my starting point.
I enjoyed it and think its well written and straight forward.

I'd like to agree with Michael - its helpful to stay within the Study
Design so it doesn't open up the old question "do we have to know....".
And I love the idea of keeping the chapters relevant to the Outcomes as it
helps meet the criteria per outcome.
