[Year 12 SofDev] You can do programming... ummm, if you speak English

¡Hola, amigos y amigas!

We carelessly luxuriate in the fact that our native language, English, is
the current *lingua franca* - but what if you wanted to learn to write
software and you were a Tutsi who spoke Rwanda-Rundi, or you were a Catalan
speaker... or any language that was *not* English?

Especially if you didn't use the Roman alphabet and standard US/EN
keyboards - such as the Russians, Chinese, Japanese, Greeks, etc?

Not so easy (unless you wanted to learn to program in *Scratch)*
