[Year 12 SofDev] Textbook for 2019

Yes, Python is fine. However! The Software Development: Programming
requirements (docx - 69kb)
<https://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/Documents/vce/computing/SofDevProgrammingRequirements.docx>
  states you need to have a graphic User Interface. Python is
time-consuming. Tkinter seems to be the most popular GUI developer but I
found it painfull.
