[Year 12 SofDev] Proposed Changes to VCE Computing

I suppose elements of Multimedia could be incorporated into Visualisation?
I thought Multimedia is focused on in VCE Media.
Also, I was thinking that the addition of Cyber Security is good but I also
think it is overkill adding it to Unit 2 AND both Unit 4s.
