[Year 12 SofDev] A Headstart for VCE Computing Webinar on 7th November

Dear All

If you are planning for Software Development next year and looking at some
ideas and material for preparing your students you might wish to attend
this webinar.

I am running the Software Development session and will be focusing on
familiarising teachers with the Units 3 & 4 outcomes, rubrics and the
issues picked up as part of the audit process throughout 2016, particularly
in Unit 4. I'll be discussing what to do and what not to do.

I will also discuss an approach for what to give your students in your
headstart or transition classes to get them planning over the summer.

There will also be a session for Informatics and for Units 1 & 2 Computing.

While we are at it it may be a good time to ask people what their class
sizes are looking like for next year.
