Question B8b

The "T" column contains the values 0,1,2,3,1.  This baffled me for a while.

Am I to assume it's a typo and the last "1" should be a "4"?

Also the layout of the columns was odd. I thought the headings "N" and "T"
should have been above the names, not the numeric indexes.
