[Opensource] Software Freedom Day - support for schools

For those schools/individuals that use netspace as their ISP, they
have provided a mirror of the openeducationdisc:
ftp://ftp.netspace.net.au/pub/OpenEducationDisc/ - downloads from the
mirror don't attract usage hits for netspace customers
