[Offtopic] Education Revolution

The 'education revolution' is under the microscope in this media report with
some poor feedback about 'state skimming'. Considering the reduced funding
levels that finally trickle their way down to schools, it is sad to hear of
the dipping into the federal school funding by some authorities to fund
other projects and initiatives.
