An Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) announcement which may be of interest:

EFT) EFTel Appointed Victorian Government Supplier  30-Mar-2007

EFTel Ltd has announced that it has become an approved supplier in a 
panel contract awarded by the Victorian Government. 

According to the agreement, the Company has been awarded a whole of 
government Internet services arrangement along with Optus and two other 
providers.

As a result of the deal EFTel is a preferred supplier for three years and 
can provide Internet services to government departments and agencies 
throughout the state of Victoria. Services include provisioning, email 
services, traffic management reporting, service protection and content 
filtering ..
