Another issue with this is if a school decides to block the site then 
there is a "wall of shame"
to me this is the worst aspect of this site.
Any site that purports to be fair then has a "wall of shame" because it 
is blocked is in my opinion asking for trouble.
Adding to that I can see litigious issues being raised.
