Hi all,

The 14th International Conference on Computers in Education (ICCE2006),
to be held in Beijing, Nov 30th - Dec 4th, is seeking Aussie presenters.

<http://www.icce-2006.org/>

The committee writes that the conference, "will be a prestigious and high
quality international conference that establishes a forum for a scholarly
exchange and interaction in employing the use of computing technologies
in education."

For example, at http://caite.fed.cuhk.edu.hk/game06.html they say

".. This workshop is pertinent to ICCE 2006 participants since digital
educational games have sparkled much interest among education researchers
in recent years.

In this workshop, we invite participation of educational and game
researchers to exchange views on the design of computer games and
accompanying pedagogies.

The workshop will include technical paper presentations and possibly
panel discussions. The outcome can be in the form of a white paper
delineating the necessary pedagogical elements of a successful
educational game, which should also be a game with high entertainment
values."

Cheers al ..
