Cool Rupert, say .. I have an idea.. lets think of something spectacular ..
perhaps a coordinated ICT event to promote InfoTech teaching in
schools<http://www.vitta.org.au>,
ACEC2006 <http://www.acec2006.info>, AIDS in
Africa<http://plakboek.livejournal.com/121959.html>?
Goodness knows what ... We can stand about with clocks / money jars to
create an Australian montage of digital images, all taken at once. If work
with 01:02:03 04/05/06 but use GMT or Universal Time then the event will
happen at 11:02:03 AM on Thursday 4 May 2006 in Eastern Australia .. morning
recess for most of us! ;-)

Here are some goofy pictures of a similar event that we once recorded...

Now, do we all have what it takes? I'm willing :-)

Regards Roland

PS: I am happy to help contribute a gallery or to create one on Flickr that
we can all contribute towards.
