[Moodle] SCORM quiz loaded and working using a flash

I use eXe <http://exelearning.org/wiki> to build simple SCORM compliant
packages which work really well and eXe is free. I also use Adobe Captivate
<http://www.education.vic.gov.au/management/ictsupportservices/software/s4e/captivate.htm>which
is industry standard and ideal for building any sort of eLearning package
including SCORMs.
