[Moodle] Videos in moodle

[Alan Oh]

Can I ask how are clips being treated in moodle? What format is the best
(for both internal and external access)? Recommended number of minutes
of the clip? Most effective minutes of playing time? Do teachers do the
conversion (if any) themselves before uploading or does a techie do it
then pass it to the teacher.
