[Moodle] Blogging issue

Kevork, I think that the setting you are probably looking for is in the site
policies page.

     /admin/settings.php?section=sitepolicies

Covers several options that allows you to restrict the level to which user
blogs can be viewed on the site. (restrict to same group, class etc)

I set ours to the option : "Users can only see blogs for people who share a
course"
