[Moodle] LDAP and Novell 6.5 help

We are using Moodle authentication via Ldap with Netware 6.5.   I have attached a jpeg of our settings.

We are struggling with LDAP authentication and Novell 6.5. If anyone has had success, our IT technician would be grateful before he loses all his hair. It seems like the login script is not working.
