[Moodle] Demo course FYI

Stephen, thank you for this. unfortunately, it gave me problems as it
exceeded the 2MB limit for 'uploading a file' into moodle.
I tried unzipping it, uploading the sub-2MB portions, then
reconstituting them again into the same folder within moodle. Did this
OK but the 'restore' command is only available if it is a zip file. So
turned it into a zip file within moodle ok, but on restore it reported
an error - size I wonder???

Questions:
1/ could you possibly shrink it further so that it is below 2MB?
2/ do you know how to get around the size problem?
Doing a Moodle search I came up with
"http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=1098" but hope there is an
easier way.
