Subject: [Moodle] MySql - reading dates and times

I'm sure someone can solve this.

When I do an export from the mdl_user table of the MySql database in Moodle all the date/time fields are integers. I want to put
this information in an Access database so I can better report on the usage of Moodle. Does anyone know how to convert these numbers
so that Access (or Excel) can read them as dates and times?
