[Moodle] Moodle on Netspace

I am pretty sure that Netspace <---> school traffic isnt charged for if you
are a Netspace school .. similar situation if you are a teacher with a home
netspace account <---> school files.

I suspect that it is a similar arrangement for other ISPs.
