[Moodle] Moodle 'Workshop-Module' Problems

Keith, I am going to test this with my group and see if I can trigger
something similar to happen. Not quite the answer you are looking for but I
am happy to see if I can help out. Thanks for the warning Laurie about the
number of submissions.
