[Moodle] Suggestions for Moodle Course Modules

Thank you Laurie. We are running 1.6 Moodle so it should contain any
module improvements that flow to 1.6.
When I looked at workshop a little while ago it semed a bit complicated
(from memory) but I will re-visit it now that I have a 'reason'.
