[Year 12 IT Apps] Method vs technique

I'd suggest it's the same as the difference between strategy and tactic; that is, a lot of overlap in meaning but with enough difference that either word by itself won't capture the entirety of what is intended.

  What is the difference, if any, between a method and a technique?
