Hi Leanne. You're right about CS3 having trouble with Win
8.1<http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/compatibility/CompatCenter/ProductDetailsViewer?Name=Adobe%20Dreamweaver%20CS3&vendor=Adobe&Locale=1033%2C2057%2C3081%2C4105%2C16393&ModelOrVersion=9&BreadCrumbPath=adobe%20cs3&LastSearchTerm=adobe%2Bcs3&Type=Software&tempOsid=Windows%208.1>
.

But as a consolation Microsoft says that VB6 is still
compatible<http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/compatibility/CompatCenter/ProductViewerWithDefaultFilters?TempOsid=Windows%208.1&Locale=en-us&Architecture=X64&TextSearch=visual%2Bbasic%2B6&Type=Both&CurrentPage=0&TotalPages=1&ShowCriteria=0&SortCriteria=Relevance&Compatibility=Unknown&LastRequested=14>...
and Paula says VB6 is still an approved language in 2014.

Cheers
Mark
