[Year 12 IT Apps] VLOOKUP practice for U4O1 (spreadsheet)

I don't muddy concepts like VLOOKUP with unnecessary real-world complexity.
I'd rather keep it pure.

The kids will get quite enough real-world complexity after they finish VCE.
