Hi all. I've been asked about a U4O2 SAC entitled *Havenshire Football Club
*. I'm not sure where it came from, so apologies in advance if I suggest a
few areas to consider if you intend using it. I'm not angling to embarrass
anyone...

Q10 says "*Havenshire Football Club has a lot of personal information
relating to it’s staff, executive, current and potential players. What
privacy law would Havenshire Football Club need to abide by? (1 mark)*."

As far as I can tell, *none*. There's no mention of storing health
information, and they don't trade in personal information, and they don't
seem to turn over more than $3m p.a. - and they're not a Federal Gov't
agency - so the Privacy Act does not apply to them.

(Then Q11 gives 2 marks for knowing the penalty for breaching the act, which
seems a bit beyond the level of knowledge required of students. 2 cents'
worth...)

The person who asked me about the SAC pointed out Q13 which referred to "a
suitable disaster recovery plan for Havenshire Football Club." The person
asked whether roll calls would be relevant. I reckon the question should
have said a "suitable *data* disaster recovery plan" otherwise all sorts of
irrelevant non-ICT emergency procedures would be involved!

Finally Q17 says, "While viewing her screen, Chris found that Emily was
watching a movie - Days of Thunder that she had copied off her portable hard
disk to her computers local hard disk. While she was watching the movie, the
copyright people visited and Chris’s electromagnet was at another office."

Did that really say *'electromagnet' ?!
*
That's going to keep me awake tonight...*
