[Year 12 IT Apps] End of year

For the past couple of years we have moved year 12 practice exams into the
second week of the holidays (staff don't have to be there - people are hired
to invigilate).

This gives us quite a bit of useful time at the start of term 4 for further
revision and deeper debriefing.
