VITTA put out a support CD - which they still sell. No one should send
this stuff to a public list because it is covered by copyright and a
not-for-profit org should be supported financially in any case.
The book sellers seem to have some on their websites if you access
these.
On edulists.com.au there are also a couple I believe.
I have rewritten my own and/or borrow heavily from other resources so I
would not post these to a list and also my school owns copyright.
I think we should all follow copyright expectations - afterall we teach
this as an aspect of our courses. 
Maybe email someone privately if you have exhausted all these avenues.
But I would be really certain that one of the resource CDs would have
been purchased by these schools. Maybe give VITTA a call.
