[Year 12 IT Apps] Location of errata on VITTA site?

I've been informed the practice exam errata have been put onto the VITTA 
site, but I can't find them.  Does anyone have the URL?

Maybe it needs a wiki / discussion board so the pearls of wisdom can be 
aggregated centrally.
