[Year 12 IT Apps] oooops forgot the attachment

Lesley your Hourly_Rate Name contains the following references for your look=
up table =3DSheet1!$F$2:$G$6
 
the problem is that you have included the headings as well as the data. Hour=
ly_rate should be =3DSheet1!$F$3:$G$6. This will begin at the Analyst entry=
 and then proceed to the Programmer entry.
